1. Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items that have been used or altered.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at sales@craftycrafty.com to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.

1. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
2. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the return authorization number on the package and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are returned in less than original condition, missing parts, or if a restocking fee applies.

4. Exchanges
